Job Overview: The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that increase our brand awareness engage with our audience and drive traffic to our digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for social media an analytical mindset and a deep understanding of various social media platforms and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals and marketing objectives.
• Monitor social media channels for trends opportunities and customer feedback.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Stay uptodate with the latest social media best practices tools and trends.
• Identify and establish relationships with key influencers and potential brand ambassadors.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns including budget allocation targeting and performance analysis.
• Assist in the development of social media guidelines and policies.

Qualifications:

• Indepth knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Instagram TikTok etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Hootsuite Sprout Social).
• Excellent communication writing and storytelling skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics.
