JOB SCOPE

Responsible for overseeing and managing all facets of asset management to ensure maximum efficiency profitability and strategic alignment with the companys goals.

1. Business Management

a. Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance business performance.

b. Implement operational strategies to maintain and improve cashflow.

c. Monitor and evaluate business performance against set goals and

metrics.

2. Assets Development

a. Lead the overall conceptualization and development of assets including

costing and budgeting for development projects.

b. Ensure project timelines are met and align with business objectives.

3. Assets investment and divestment

a. Identify and evaluate business opportunities for asset investments.

b. Plan and execute divestment strategies to optimize asset portfolio.

4. Assets Revenue

a. Develop and implement master leasing plans to maximize asset revenue.

b. Work with catalyst operators to enhance the revenue generation from

assets.
