Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years and above of Professional experience in a similar position at 4/5 star hotel/resort.
• Possess ability to lead and make decisions.
• Previous storekeeping experience.
• Experienced in coaching subordinates.
• Cruise Ship Experience advantage.
• Able to speak in English.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Receive store and issue Food Beverage Hotel or Cleaning Products used by the Food Department.
2. Participate in the loading of all products necessary to the operation of the Food Dept.
3. Ensure requisitions are prepared and delivered in a timely manner and in accordance with the requisition timetable.
4. Ensure appropriate FIFO rotation is in place in assigned area.
5. Report any issues to the Provision Master.
6. Participate in the cleaning of all storage facilities according to the Public Health procedures and standards.
7. Conduct scheduled and endofvoyage physical inventory of assigned store according to Provision Master Instructions.
8. Receive on the job training regarding cleaning and sanitation procedures.
