Position: Area Manager (F&B)

Salary Package: Basic RM4500 RM5500 Commission

Working Location: Mount Austin JB & Segamat

Company Background: Frozen Yogurt Shop

Working Days: 6 days (off on weekday)

Working Hours:

Weekdays: Morning shift

Friday Saturday & Sunday: Night shift

(Operations hours: 11am 12pm)

Job Descriptions:

Develop SOP for daytoday operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards

Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions

Maintain excellent levels of internal and external customer service

Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns

Lead the team to achieve KPI including staff training

Establish schedules policies and procedures

Ensure all the procedures adhere with F&B standards and comply with all health and safety regulations

Job Requirements:

At least 2 years working experience as a Branch Manager / other managerial role in F&B industry

Familiar with POS system & Microsoft Excel

Willing to go for outstation to the branch in Segamat

Possess own car for travelling purpose

Communication leadership and problemsolving skills

Can work independently
