Having 1 hands on experience on CCAIP who can :
Design develop and implement AI solutions for contact centers leveraging platforms like Google Dialogflow
Train and configure chatbots and virtual assistants to handle customer inquiries and requests.
Analyze customer interaction data to identify trends and improve chatbot performance.
Monitor and troubleshoot CCAI platform issues to ensure smooth operation.
Additional Skills:
3 to 5 years of Experience with Google cloud platform and services DialogFlow Vertex AI and DB Service
3 to 5 years of Experience with writing code on Python/Java
Experience with machine learning (ML) concepts.
Experience with data visualization tools.
