We train implement operate and provide technical support to companies that use Google Cloud solutions. Our mission is to educate the market so that organizations large small private or public can get the most benefits from using the Google Workspace office productivity applications and readytouse cloud services from Google Cloud Platform.
Where can you find us
You can actually find us anywhere in Poland Romania Hungary and Ukraine. Thanks to our remotefirst strategy FOTC employees can work from wherever they want. Our headquarter is located in the center of Wrocaw Poland and everyone is welcome there no matter if they want to meet in person or just have a sip of good coffee.

As an official Google Cloud Partner we are in contact with Google marketers engineers and strategists to better meet the needs of local businesses. We maintain cooperation with over 2000 companies from 7 countries in the CEE region to help them leverage the potential of the cloud.

Currently we are looking for a person to our Marketing Team to join us as a:

Head of Content and Strategy

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the companys business objectives and ensures brand consistency
• Developing and managing content marketing strategies including blog posts articles videos and other content that resonates with the local target audience
• Planning and executing marketing campaigns which may include online and offline advertising social media marketing email marketing and public relations
• Maintaining brand consistency and integrity in all marketing efforts including advertising content and visual materials to amplify brand vision and enhance reputation
• Collaborating with stakeholders to establish brand positioning and messaging
• Creating and managing the marketing budget ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximise ROI
• Managing and leading a team of marketing professionals including content specialists digital marketing experts and video or graphic designers
• Conducting market analysis in order to understand target audience
• Staying informed about industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in marketing and leverage this knowledge to innovate and drive continuous improvement
• Fostering a culture of creativity collaboration and accountability within the team encouraging professional growth and development among team members

Requirements:

• More than 5year marketing experience 2 years in management positions in multicultural and (ideally) multinational organisations. Experience in the technology market would be appreciated.
• Proven experience in the business to business (B2B) marketing understanding of B2B buying and purchase cycles
• English complete professional skills (C1)
• Excellent leadership communication and project management skills. Creative and strategic thinking.
• Adaptability and ability to work in a fastpaced changing environment.
• Proven ability to think strategically and commercially aligning communications efforts with overarching business goals and market trends
• Proficient in managing internal stakeholders and external thirdparty partners fostering collaborative relationships to achieve shared objectives
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude capable of motivating and empowering team members to perform at their best
