Our mission is to educate the market so that organizations large small private or public can get the most benefits from using the Google Workspace office productivity applications and readytouse cloud services from Google Cloud Platform.

You can actually find us anywhere in Poland Romania Hungary and Ukraine. Thanks to our remotefirst strategy FOTC employees can work from wherever they want. Our headquarter is located in the center of Wrocaw Poland and everyone is welcome there no matter if they want to meet in person or just have a sip of good coffee.

Marketing Automation Specialist

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating the strategy for email communication with a focus on crosssell and engagement of users from within our existing customer base.
• Leading the execution of building highperforming emails and prompts by using internal marketing automation systems.
• Monitoring tracking and analysing the performance and effectiveness of marketing automation campaigns providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvements.
• Utilising deep customer insights based on audience behaviour demographics and firmographics to segment the audience effectively and tailor marketing campaigns that resonate with each segment.
• Utilising data insights to inform campaign strategies and optimise customer journeys.
• Automating Landing Pages
• Crossdepartment collaboration with sales and marketing teams

Requirements:

• Experience in marketing automation with a proven track record of successfully implementing email programs that drive growth.
• Experience in conducting A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimise email subject lines content and designs.
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo HubSpot Pardot or similar.
• Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and integration of marketing automation tools with CRM for seamless data flow
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for customising email templates and landing pages would be an additional advantage
• Proven experience in B2B marketing
• Fluency in English (C1)
• Excellent analytical skills
• Availability in CET time zone
