Job Description
Our client pioneers in various sectors including industrial automation energy infrastructure and digital display technologies. Operates approximately 200 facilities worldwide encompassing manufacturing sales and R&D centers. The companys global presence underscores its significant role in the electronics manufacturing sector.
Location: Warsaw onsite
Form of employment: parttime: B2B/ (Umowa zlecenie)
Responsibilities:
- Entering and reconciling employee travel expenses in the internal MRO system
- Controlling and auditing settlements within the internal system
- Handling reports and settlements for business travel
- Monitoring the circulation of cost documents and payments
- Collaborating with airlines hotels etc. to obtain cost invoices
Requirements:
- Good command of English (especially in writing)
- Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel
- Experience in office work specifically in invoice settlements
- Accuracy and attention to detail
