We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Specialist to join our cients marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing implementing managing and content creation on social media strategy to enhance the brand and drive engagement across all social media platforms.
Working Setup: Hybrid with office in BGC
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies
- Create comprehensive social media plans aligned with our business goals and marketing objectives.
- Build and execute digital and social media strategy through competitive research platform determination bench marking messaging and audience identification
- Generate edit publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text photos videos and news) specifically in FB LinkedIn and Tiktok
- Generate edit publish and share suitable and timely content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to act
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company s social content
- Moderate all usergenerated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics insights and best practices and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (Events Membership Talent and Development Research Policy External Affairs Project Management and HR (Human Resource)) to manage reputation identify key players and coordinate actions
- Community Management: Monitor respond to and engage with our online community on time.
- Performance Analysis: Track analyze and report on social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics Hoot suite and others.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns including paid advertising.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with marketing PR and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness.
- Stay Updated: Keep uptodate with the latest social media trends best practices technologies and platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in BS in Communications Marketing Business New Media or Public Relations
- 5 years of experience in marketing communication preferably in the IT BPM industry.
- With experience as a Social Media expert producing content on FB LinkedIn and Tiktok
- Proven working experience in Social Media Marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
- Excellent consulting writing editing (photo/video/text) presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge Can extract analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels Positive attitude detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Fluency in English and Filipino
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Adobe Creative Suite and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- With background in digital marketing including SEO SEM is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisionmaking.
