Controls Engineer

The Senior Control System Engineer will define design and implement control systems for a variety of processes spanning multiple industries. Depending upon interest and skills a hybrid role is possible including a business development component.

Responsibilities Will Include

• Programming creating reading and editing logic diagrams wiring diagrams single lines and P&IDs. Perform and/or verify process/control design for projects (PLCs networks drives instrumentation control panels etc.).
  
• Experience with AllenBradley hardware including MicroLogix ControlLogix CompactLogix and PanelView to control a variety of fluid processes.
  
• Mechanically and electrically troubleshoot difficult equipment problems in systems. Quickly and correctly accomplish equipment repairs of electrical equipment including the testing and refurbishing of PLC modules HMIs and other electrical hardware.
  
• Assist with onsite startup which includes troubleshooting and problemsolving.
  

Requirements

Experience

• 2 or more years of experience programming Allen Bradley PLCs and HMIs. or Siemens PLCs
  
• 2 or more years of experience programming Factory Talk Panel View
  
• Experience in site commissioning and startup of control systems.
