About the Role

In this pivotal role you will drive the financial accounting functions of a leading property developer. Your daytoday will involve managing treasury functions enhancing financial systems and leading regulatory compliance efforts. What Youll Do

1. Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure their accuracy and timeliness.

2. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure liquidity and financial health.

3. Spearheaded the implementation of robust accounting procedures and systems.

4. Conduct regular reviews to boost efficiency and advocate for technology solutions that reduce manual labor.

5. Provide strategic financial insights that support departmental and organizational goals.

Who You Are

1. Possess a recognized Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting.

2. A member of MIA with substantial experience preferably in the property development construction or building industry.

3. Proficient with Financial Reporting Standards and adept at managing tight deadlines.

4. A proactive leader with a positive attitude high integrity and excellent team and communication skills.

5. Experience with IFCA/ACCWIN software is highly beneficial.

6. Ideally someone below 42 years should bring a blend of vigor and experience to the role.
