Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1.Overall responsible for outbound Mother Hub outbound operation.
2.Conduct the daily huddles.
3.Maintain FIFO 5Ss implementation of operations.
4.Experience in handling Warehouse Manpower.
5.Work closely with the ground team and ensure minimize absenteeism and attrition numbers.
6.Managing all shift wise MIS Reports (Daily PickingDispatch Report Arrival report).
7.Identify opportunities for process improvement cost reduction and enhanced productivity.
