Description:
Technical Skills:
- Experience with IT/IS preferably in manufacturing (4 years)
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and application support
- Familiarity with ERP systems cloud technology CRM solutions and project management tools
Leadership & Management Skills:
- Proven ability to develop and deliver IT strategy
- Experience managing and leading a team of IS professionals
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and influencing skills
- Ability to manage budgets and meet spending targets
Business Acumen:
- Experience working with business leaders and understanding their needs
- Ability to translate business needs into IT solutions
- Strong understanding of compliance and security requirements
Additional Skills:
- Experience with acquisitions/integrations
- Ability to work in a fastpaced global environment
- Commitment to continuous learning and development
- Ability to comply with ITAR and IMEX regulations
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and security
