Technical Skills:

• Experience with IT/IS preferably in manufacturing (4 years)
• Strong understanding of infrastructure and application support
• Familiarity with ERP systems cloud technology CRM solutions and project management tools

Leadership & Management Skills:

• Proven ability to develop and deliver IT strategy
• Experience managing and leading a team of IS professionals
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) and influencing skills
• Ability to manage budgets and meet spending targets

Business Acumen:

• Experience working with business leaders and understanding their needs
• Ability to translate business needs into IT solutions
• Strong understanding of compliance and security requirements
