We are looking to hire an HR intern to join our internal team. Reporting to the Human Resource Executive you will be primarily responsible for providing administrative and HR support in carrying out the daytoday activities of the company.
Responsibilities.
- Support in the recruitment process by shortlisting scheduling appointments and interviewing candidates.
- Answer telephone and email correspondence from clients and candidates.
- Carry out reference checks for external employees.
- Assist with publication of job adverts and update job vacancy section of company website as and when necessary.
- Assist in maintaining accurate employee files and documents.
- Provide support in implementing company policies and handing employees grievance.
- Participate and assist in providing training and corporate events to clients.
- Perform adhoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Must have at least a Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Human Resource or any related field with keen interest in HR.
- Possess strong work ethics coupled with good interpersonal skills.
- Must have a sense of urgency whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Be flexible willing to learn and work in a team.
- Must have a functioning personal laptop.
- Must possess strong communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Should have working knowledge in the use of MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
