Tasks
- You will support and relieve the CEO and Managing Director
- You will take on administrative and organizational tasks independently
- You will manage the calendar and be responsible for the coordination organization preparation and followup of internal and external meetings workshops conferences and business trips
- You handle internal and external correspondence bridging the gap between our Englishfirst Startup and the Germanspeaking Parent company.
- You create presentations minutes statistics and reports
- Support the CEO and Managing Director with various projects offering solutions and keeping things moving forward
- You work on other commercial tasks in the assistance team
- You handle a variety of things from commercial tasks to office logistics (think: ordering lastminute food!)
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and German is a must
- Berlin based
- You are solutionoriented and independent and can work under the pressure of a startup environment
- Great people skills
- You have a professional experience in the field of assistance ideally you have completed some relevant training or commercial qualification
- You are confident with Google Workspace tools and MS Office tools
- You are used to working independently autonomously solution and customerorientated
- You are a team player (m/f/d) with high selfmotivation and strong communication skills
- HR experience is a big plus
- Office management experience is a plus
