1. **Educational Background:**
Bachelor s degree in business administration Healthcare Management or related field preferred.
2. **Experience:**
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Familiarity with the healthcare or investment industry is a plus.
3. **Technical Skills:**
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Experience with project management tools is desirable.
4. **Communication Skills:**
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
5. **Organization and Time Management:**
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Detailoriented and capable of multitasking in a fastpaced environment.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Valid driver s license.
Current auto insurance.
Must have ability to read write and speak fluent English and relate well to all levels of contacts.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients providers family members and other team members.
Demonstrates a highly motivated enthusiastic and competitive approach to all activities.
Must be able to successfully complete a postoffer drug screen and physical examination as required.
He/She must be able to demonstrate a successful record of achieving or exceeding assigned goals.
Persons in this role must demonstrate the ability to always act professionally and with integrity in the representation of Blue Summit Companies.
