Job Position: Senior Trade Marketing Executive

Working Hours: 9am 6pm Mon Fri
Benefit :
Activations 30% (current frequency about 12 small scale events per month)
1. To produce yearly activation plan presentations and suggest activities for our brands.
2. To actively look out for and search for partners to collaborate with.
3. To actively seek out alcohol related events for company to participate in.
4. To execute events independently and attention to details.
5. To visit outlets together with the sales team and to suggest how company can marketing value add to the outlet.
Ecommerce 30%
1. To oversee the inhouse website operations independently and manage/setup other ecommerce platforms
2. To execute Ecommerce monthly promotion calendar
3. To oversee all aspects of Ecommerce including but not limited to marketing plans product management stock management onboarding of new products promotions platform campaigns sales deliveries aftersales service and other operations.
4. To activate and execute all planned promotional activities in a timely manner.
5. To grow Ecommerce orders monthly across platforms.
9. To submit a monthly sales report tracking analytics sales followers on platforms reviews feedbacks cost of operations & recommendations to improve sales.
6. To manage all customer orders across platforms within the stipulated timelines and show excellent customer service.
Artworks Collaterals & Marketing Presentations 20%
1. To produce collateral designs for Ecommerce platforms events activations and outlets.
2. To do any presentation plan under marketing scope
Social Media Management 20%
1. To submit a social media calendar plan monthly.
2. To do a minimum of three posts a week across all social media platforms and able to write attractive description and to include related hashtag
3. To plan execute and manage social media campaigns for company represented brands and principal partners.
4. To plan execute and manage boosting of monthly promotions activations and events.
5. To plan execute and manage the growth of company online presence and drive traffic to all social media platforms.
6. To increase conversion rate and create engagement with followers and to increase follower count.
8. To submit a monthly social media report tracking analytics follower count engagement data & recommendations to improve the social media pages.
Requirement
Proficient in utilizing Canva or photoshop
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel)
Sense of aesthetics copy writing and creative eye
Photography and basic photo editing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
Outgoing and friendly personality with good communication skills
Meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines
Flexible in working hours (some evenings will be required for marketing event activities.)
Interest in F&B especially alcohol will be a plus.
Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Proven events ecommerce or social media management record would be advantageous
23 years of relevant Alcohol Beverage/FMCG trade experience will be a plus
