Assistant Project Manager

Are you a PM with a knack for overseeing sitebased corporate real estate projects Were seeking a PM with excellent communication skills and great stakeholder engagement to take charge of planning coordinating and executing projects for our international client based in Singapore.

As a sitebased PM overseeing workplace projects you will be responsible for delivery compliance safety and operational excellence. Your duties will include:

• Monitoring and managing daytoday project operations setting short and longterm targets overseeing daily activities ensuring safety and quality standards maintaining financial controls and coordinating stakeholders and subcontractors
  

• Developing work schedules to meet program deadlines efficiently
  

• Collaborating with consultants and subcontractors providing weekly reports on safety quality time and cost issues and handling administration responsibilities based on project size and complexity
  

• Addressing technical difficulties and other challenges communicating effectively with senior management and providing solutions and contingencies for technical problems as they arise
  

• Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements regulations codes of practice and company safety rules and regulations
  

Requirements

• Experience managing sitebased CRE projects with a strong focus on planning coordination and execution
  
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders and subcontractors
  
• Proficiency in resolving technical issues and providing concise and confident communication to senior management
  
• Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and safety standards
  
• Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering/Mechanical & Electrical Engineering/Architecture
  
• Work experience as a Project Manager in building construction / interior fit out in Singapore
