Job Description:
As a Project Secretary you will play a critical role in supporting our project management team by providing administrative and secretarial support. Your primary responsibilities will include managing project schedules coordinating meetings and appointments preparing project documents and reports and maintaining project records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project schedules and ensure all deadlines are met
- Coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements for project team members
- Prepare and distribute projectrelated documents including meeting agendas minutes and reports
- Maintain accurate and uptodate project records including contracts budgets and invoices
- Communicate with project stakeholders including clients and vendors to gather and share project information
- Assist with project budgeting and expense tracking
- Conduct research and gather information to support project initiatives
- Provide administrative support to project team members as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration project management or a related field
- 35 years of experience as a project secretary or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Korean English and Mandarin Chinese
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
