- A bachelors degree
- 2 years of experience as a procurement officer or in a similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong SAP knowledge and experience
- Strong Incoterms knowledge
- Assisting with the daily activities of the procurement department.
- Negotiate pricing and supply contracts
- Initiate and keep track of orders.
- Monitor delivery times to ensure they are on time
- Maintaining and updating supplier information.
- Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
- Finding alternative suppliers.
