Job Overview: Asa Social Media Associate (Linked In), you will be responsible forengaging with our target candidate pool using Linked In. You will use automated tools such as Phantom Buster to increase profileviews and engage candidates through organic Linked In directmessages. You will also create Linked In polls that engagecandidates meaningfully and respond to InMail. Your goal will be tofunnel leads to the recruitment team and increase our social mediareach and engagement with potentialcandidates. Key Responsibilities: Engage with our target candidate pool using Linked In Use automated tools suchas Phantom Buster to increase profileviews Create Linked In polls thatengage candidates meaningfully Respond to InMail and engage candidates through organic Linked Indirect messages Funnel leads tothe recruitment team Increase oursocial media reach and engagement with potentialcandidates Requirements Key Requirements : Proven experience as a Social Media Associate (Linked In) or similarrole Familiarity with Linked Inand its features Experience usingautomated tools such as Phantom Buster Excellent communicationskills Ability to engage withpotential candidates through Linked In direct messages and respondto InMail Excellent timemanagement skills Ability to workremotely andindependently Working Hours: Theworking hours for this role are 9am - 5pm IST. This is a remote joband you can work from anywhere in India.
