As the Site HR and Admin Executive you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations of HR and administrative functions at our site location. You will be responsible for managing various HR activities including recruitment coordination Payroll ESIC PF compliance and administrative tasks to support the efficient functioning of the site.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding
Coordinate recruitment processes Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and completion of necessary paperwork.
2. Payroll & ESIC & PF compliance
Prepare attendance sheets Manage PFESIC & Compliance.
4. HR Administration
Maintain accurate employee records including personnel files attendance records and HR databases.
Process employee changes such as promotions transfers and terminations ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
5. Benefits Administration:
Collaborate with benefits providers to ensure accurate enrolment coverage and administration of benefits.
6. General Administration:
Oversee general administrative tasks including office supply management facility maintenance and coordination of office events or meetings.
Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for employees as needed.
Requirements
Experience :
Candidate must have 1 to 3 years experience of relevant work.
Qualifications:
Any Bachelor s or Master degree with relevant Human Resources Experience.
Proven experience in HR and administrative roles preferably in a manufacturing or Service industrial environment.
Sound knowledge of HR principles practices and employment laws.
