Plant Engineering Head

• Plan and Organize the Engineering department comprising of Mechanical Electrical HVAC Utilities and Project work.
• Exposure of cGMP of Pharmaceutical industries and exposure of Regulatory audits.
• Solid Understanding of Human machine interface and related software programming.
• Coordinate with External Agencies and various internal team members for designing and detailed Engineering and Facility.
• To liaison with various external agencies like Electricity board Explosive Department Pollution

Control and inspector of Factories.

• Review the time line on Preventive maintenance Schedule on periodic Basis and take corrective action as needed.
• Coordinate with validation team for carrying out Validation of Various systems.
• Efficient Maintenance of all Plants and machinery QC Labs and Facility.
• Ensure that all the Safety instruction and measures are strictly observed.
• Ensure compliance to regulatory norms Best practices and global Policies and procedures.
• Ensure Conformance of Operations preventive Maintenance and calibration Programmed.
• Guide maintenance team to basic equipment or Facility issue in shortest time possible.
• Strong written and oral Communication skills.
• Establish Spare Parts Inventory and maintenance Schedule to address potential Break Downs Proactively.
