About the client:

A leading force in the retail equipment industry renowned for our unwavering commitment to reliability. As fulfillment experts they ensure a smooth journey from purchase to deliverystreamlining the buying process and passing on savings to their valued customers.

About the Opportunity :

In this role youll be instrumental in driving efficiency across our entire operation. Youll focus on purchasing order tracking returns and managing our Shopify platform all while leading a dedicated Customer Service team.

Heres what youll do:

  • Oversee purchasing to ensure timely and costeffective inventory procurement.
  • Build strong supplier relationships to optimize our supply chain.
  • Implement and manage order tracking systems for seamless fulfillment.
  • Collaborate across departments to streamline order fulfillment.
  • Develop and execute efficient procedures for product returns and exchanges.
  • Resolve customer return inquiries promptly in collaboration with the Customer Service team.
  • Manage and optimize our Shopify platform for a userfriendly and efficient customer experience.
  • Implement strategies to boost product visibility and online sales.
  • Lead and inspire a dynamic Customer Service team providing guidance and support.
  • Foster a collaborative and resultsoriented environment within the operations team.

Do you have what it takes

  • English proficiency (Native / Advanced level)
  • Proven experience in operations leadership ideally in retail or ecommerce.
  • Strong understanding of purchasing order tracking and returns management.
  • Proficiency in Shopify administration and ecommerce platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Leadership experience in managing and motivating a customer service team.
