Join our earlystage Fintech startup revolutionizing fuel management for logistics companies. As a Customer Success Coordinator youll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients maximize the benefits of our company our innovative fuel payment solution.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard New Customers:
- Guide clients through the setup process ensuring smooth account activation.
- Provide basic technology support to ensure seamless app usage.
- Drive Adoption:
- Collaborate with fleet owners managers and drivers to promote adoption of PistonPay.
- Facilitate training sessions to educate users on the benefits and usage of the app.
- Customer Support:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and issues.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive problemsolving skills and a customercentric approach.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Zendesk Google Sheets Slack and Openphone.
NicetoHaves:
- Experience in the logistics or fintech industry.
- Previous experience in similar customerfacing roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software and support ticketing systems.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data management and analysis.
