Agricultural Production Manager

Join our growing team! We are looking for an Agricultural Production Manager to lead our agricultural operations. This position is critical to ensure the success of our company as you will be responsible for the agronomic management of our operations closely overseeing the production irrigation nutrition sanitation and quality control processes.

The main objective of the Agricultural Production Manager will be to meet and exceed our productivity yield cost efficiency and product quality goals.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Integrated Pest and Disease Management in fruit. The ideal candidate should have around 12 years of experience in crop management and/or in flower companies execution of agricultural projects implementation of certifications and GAPs and minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions.
