Our client a leading company in the iGaming sector is looking for a CRM Executive for their Barcelona office.
Tasks
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute effective CRM strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and segment target customer groups to tailor communication strategies.
- Oversee the collection analysis and maintenance of customer data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize CRM tools and platforms to manage customer profiles preferences and interactions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and optimize customer activity to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Identify touchpoints for personalized communication to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline communication processes and improve efficiency.
- Work on personalization strategies to offer customized content and deals based on customer preferences and behavior.
- Monitor key CRM metrics and generate regular reports to assess the success of CRM initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvements.
- Work closely with marketing operations and customer service teams to align CRM strategies with overall business goals.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a role similar to CRM Executive in the iGaming industry
- Proactive personality with the ability to work in a team.
- Experience working with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Good knowledge of SQL Tableau MS Power BI.
- Great communcation skills in Spanish
- Analytical ability.
