Tasks
- Identify and engage potential private healthcare insurance partners in Spain
- Negotiate and secure partnership agreements
- Manage ongoing relationships with insurance partners
- Develop and implement partnership growth strategies
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth partnership integrations
- Report on partnership performance and market opportunities
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- 3 years of experience in business development or partnerships preferably in healthcare or insurance
- Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills
- Knowledge of the Spanish healthcare insurance landscape
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently in a small company environment
