Job Description

  • To attain individual sales targets and fulfil business goals.
  • Providing relevant information about the product and the project to all sales inquiries including walkins phone calls and internet inquiries.
  • Ensure registration awareness by preparing prospective followup and compiling a registration database before launch.
  • Conducting sales presentations with potential buyers with the objective of achieving sales targets and providing the best customer service.
  • Maintain a tiptop condition of sales galleries show units and sales offices.
  • Provide feedback on the quality of new marketing strategies to the marketing team.
  • Engaged in all promotional events and sales launches.
  • Conduct market research so that assignments can be better positioned in the market through continuous market intelligence updates.
  • Maintain follow up with all buyers to ensure that SPAs are signed the first 10% payment is collected and the end financiers letter of offer is accepted.
  • To increase customer loyalty build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers in the company.



Requirements

  • A minimum of Bachelor s Degree in Business or any related field.
  • Exhibit a good negotiation and effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin (need to communicate with Mandarin speaking customer)
  • Having experience in sales property or real estate industry would be advantageous.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • Proficient in utilizing MS Office applications.
  • Selfmotivated creative energetic positive and able to work in teams.
  • Possess own transportation and willing to travel.
