Open Position: Business Development & Operation Manager (Reputable Consumer Good)
An Reputable Consumer Good industry is currently Business Operation Manager to join them in their Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
Degree in Business Marketing or related field.
Creating strategies and policies for company growth.
Oversee and coordinate service providers and technicians to assure that customer issues are resolved appropriately.
Minimum 3 years of experience maintenance and repair home appliance problems.
Competence in Microsoft Office such Excel and PowerPoint.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
