2024-25 Winter Season Snow Clearer

Key Responsibilities:

• Deice and remove snow from entrances pathways sheds and other designated areas.
  
• Maintain a safe job site identify and monitor hazards and ensure a safe approach
  
• Ensure landscaping and property are not damaged in efforts of removing snow or ice.
  
• Maintain and care for equipment tools and vehicles. Report any damage and/or poor condition.
  
• Safely and appropriately distribute deicing solutions if instructed.
  
• Work as a team member and take direction.
  
• Keeping maintenance team updated of observations made while performing duties of any damage hazards or other points that need to be addressed.
  
• Keep accurate timesheet records and carefully document observations made
  
• Drive to the snow clearing locations in a weather appropriate manner and parking in safe and legal areas.
  
• Communicate with passing customers in a polite and courteous manner.
  
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned.
  

Requirements

• Highly motivated and selfdriven
  
• Physically fit with strong stamina
  
• Highly observant
  
• Ability to follow safe working procedures
  
• Conversational English or Japanese
  
• Driving license and confidence to driveins winter conditions.
