Work Setup: Work from Home/Work Onsite
Salary: Php 30000.00 Php 55000.00
Schedule: Monday Friday 4:00 PM 12:30 AM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

Responsibilities as a Virtual Assistant:

Manage and maintain executives schedules appointments and travel arrangements.
Assist on the client s social media management specifically Facebook and LinkedIn posts.
Set appointments for the client and team as required.
Coordinate meetings conferences and events both internally and externally.
Prepare and edit correspondence reports presentations and other documents.
Perform data entry update records and maintain databases.
Handle incoming calls and emails and respond to inquiries promptly.
Assist with project coordination and followup on action items.
Conduct research and compile data as needed.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Provide general administrative support to the team as required.


Qualifications as a Virtual Assistant:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Social media management assistance experience.
Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
Knowledge of online collaboration tools such as Google Workspace Slack or Microsoft Teams is a plus.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
