Commi Dining Room

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and service of meals in the dining room following all safety and sanitation guidelines

Set up and maintain the dining room ensuring all tables are properly set and stocked with necessary items

Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements taking into consideration any special requests or dietary restrictions

Take and serve food and beverage orders providing recommendations and answering any questions about the menu

Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues

Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of meals

Maintain a clean and organized dining room including clearing and resetting tables

Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies

Follow all company policies and procedures including safety protocols and dress code guidelines

Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role preferably in a fine dining or hospitality setting

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly professional demeanor

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment

Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed

Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and preparation

Ability to lift and carry equipment

Fluent in English additional languages are a plus
