Business Development Manager - Managed Services

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of mandatory prior working experience in software company.
• Should be well versed in web development mobile apps and UI/UX concepts.
• Prior experience or knowledge of AI and Blockchain is a huge plus.
• Should be well versed in using upwork freelancing platform.
• Sound knowledge of cybersecurity DevOps NetOps SecOps is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Perform market surveys to generate new leads for the assigned portfolio.
• Maintain existing customer accounts and generate new accounts to enhance sales.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers.
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Proposal Team to ensure timely submission of compliant proposal towards customer meeting their requirement.
• Prepare customer proposal if needed.
• Negotiate prices and contract terms with customer.
• Ensure regular follow up with customer to ensure timely acquisition of orders.
• Handing over of orders to execution team as per guidelines.
• Support execution team during project execution phase.
• Support in forecasting of Sales Funnel.
• Meeting the assigned Sales Targets & other KPIs.
• Ensure quality compliance in all functional activities.
• Regularly review sales process improvements.
