Job Description
KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping assessment and reskilling services with training to companies.
We are looking for a District Manager for a retail company.
Location: Punta Gorda
Sector: Retail
Functions
- Conduct thorough semiannual audits and facility checklists providing detailed reports to our division office and spearheading action plans where needed.
- Dive into financial reports and P&L statements identifying trends and areas for improvement across the district.
- Tap into external resources to supercharge our operations and bring regional initiatives to life covering everything from human resources to marketing.
- Take the reins on rental rates discounts and other income streams ensuring maximum returns for each store.
- Keep a close eye on expenses driving strong returns on investment while maintaining operational excellence.
Requirements
- 4 years of multiunit operations experience in one or more of the following: retail restaurant hotel leasing rental or other customer service operation with responsibility for operating 10 stores.
- An integrityfocused individual with excellent leadership interpersonal communication and problemsolving skills.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
Benefis:
- Full Relocation Package if needed.
- From $85.000 to $105.000 per year quarterly bonuses.
- Travel required up to 40% of the time
