About the Role
As an Engineering Manager you will oversee and support consultants technical engineers software engineers platform engineers and data analysts. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a strong collaborative team culture where members thrive and grow together.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture highperforming teams ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive team environment where innovation and mutual support are central.
- Act as a mentor and guide helping team members grow their technical and interpersonal skills.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication within and across teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
