Job Summary

Axionova Engineering Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce with a primary focus on onboarding new employees to ensure they seamlessly integrate into our culture and operations. Key Responsibilities

Onboarding Excellence:

Design and manage comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires are equipped to succeed from day one.

Collaborate with departmental managers to tailor onboarding processes for various roles ensuring alignment with company goals.

Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during their onboarding period to address questions and ensure a smooth transition.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

Oversee the endtoend recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and hiring top talent.

Develop job descriptions post openings on relevant platforms and utilize ATS systems to streamline hiring.

Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a diverse and inclusive recruitment strategy.

HR Policy Development and Compliance:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values and comply with local labor laws.

Ensure all HR activities adhere to legal standards maintaining a riskfree and ethical workplace.

Employee Relations and Performance Management:

Address and resolve employee concerns fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Implement performance management systems including regular reviews and development plans.

Coach managers and employees to address performance issues constructively.

Employee Benefits Administration:

Oversee employee benefits programs ensuring employees are informed and supported in utilizing available resources.

Continuously evaluate benefit offerings to ensure competitiveness in the industry.

HR Data and Technology:

Maintain accurate employee records ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

Leverage HRIS and ATS systems to improve efficiency in HR processes.

Professional Development:

Stay informed on HR trends and best practices identifying opportunities to enhance HR operations and employee engagement.

Organize training and development programs to promote employee growth and retention.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (Masters preferred).

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR roles with a focus on onboarding and HR management.

Certifications: SHRMCP/SHRMSCP PHR/SPHR or similar HR certification preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software (e.g. HRIS ATS) and MS Office Suite.

Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices labor laws and compliance requirements.

Skills:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.

Leadership and coaching expertise with a collaborative mindset.

Detailoriented with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
