Title: Third Party Partner Compliance Officer

Location: Brooklyn OH (Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months

Work week: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management and completion of Banks thirdparty compliance requests

• Complete annual quarterly and oneoff compliance tasks by or before their due date

• Engage with managers and stakeholders within ETS internal risk partners and vendor contacts to gather required information to complete tasks

• Track status and completion of tasks in Excel

• Pull reporting from GRC (our Governance Risk and Compliance portal) on a weekly basis

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with Excel including pivot tables and vlookups

• Experience with PowerPoint

• Strong written verbal and presentation skills

• Experience in coordinating teams and clients

• Proven success in a corporate setting working with all levels of management
