Heavy Vehicle Driver

Job Description :
The driver will be responsible for delivering products to our customers in the designated routes. Acting as a key point of contact with our customers, the driver will be required to have strong interpersonal skills and the initiative to report customer service issues to the business in order to assist with improving the service we provide to our customers. The duties of the Delivery Driver include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities :
1. Delivering products to customers at different locations
2. Ensuring all calls on route sheet are completed
3. Complete customer requests in a professional and timely manner
4. Interact with customers and work colleagues in a professional and cheerful manner
5. Receive orders in a professional manner

Qualification :
1. Full Clean C Licence
2. Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential
3. Customer service skills
