- 5+ years of experience in a sales compensation (preferably in SaaS/Technology)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally, build relationships and influence in a fully remote set-up
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow through with tasks reliably and

- Proven experience developing and administering incentive models that drive intended GTM behavior to achieve and exceed revenue targets
