Role Overview: Join our team as a CRM Business Analyst specializing in Zoho applications to enhance operational efficiencies and drive business growth through effective CRM strategies and robust analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and optimize Zoho CRM and Zoho Appsto improve customer engagement and sales processes.
- Utilize Zoho Analytics to develop reporting systems that provide insights into business performance.
- Analyze business processes and integrate Zoho solutions to enhance productivity and datadriven decisionmaking.
- Train and support team members in maximizing the benefits of Zoho applications.
