We are looking for a qualified and resourceful HR Generalist to support the HR Team at our client based in Milnerton Cape Town.
- Prepare required documentation communicate and deliver to management and the payroll team within the required deadlines
- Develop and execute personnel procedures and policies provide guidance and training
- Drive and deliver adhoc internal HR projects
- Assist in administering benefits compensation and employee performance programs
- Suggest new procedures and policies for improving employee experience
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in human resources or related field
- Knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment
- Experience in payroll Sage 300 People system will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of HRIS and proven ability to learn new technical systems when necessary
- Ability to travel nationally
- Own transport
- South African Citizen
