Job Description
Our client is a renowned hospital and is currently looking for a Learning and Development Specialist for the Saudi Arabia location.
2. Deliver training to various dept in the organization and work with various stakeholders
3. Facilitate training workshops as needed
4. Source and recommend vendors and other external partners to design develop and/or deliver learning solutions where applicable
5. Manage the Learning & Development budget
6. Define and lead projects focused on continuous development.
7. Design elearning courses career plans workshops
8. Maintain budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants
9. Evaluate training programs to ensure efficiency and develop learning metrics and KPIs
10. Implement various T&D projects (e.g. Succession Planning Performance Management Employee Engagement Wellbeing employee & Leadership development programs)
11. Develop and oversee training programs
Requirements
Bachelor degree in HRM / business is required in addition to below requirements.
Preferably to have CIPD or SHRM
