Job Description

As an Ecommerce Order Assistant your primary responsibilities include processing customer orders to complete transactions from the webstore to our client s ERP system. This involves setting up the necessary files for order processing ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.


Here s an overview of the role:
Employment Type: Fulltime
Shift: Night Shift 9:30PM 6:00AM Mon Fri
Work Setup: Permanent WFH

What awaits you in this role
  • Process online orders ensuring that data is entered within the same day and with 96% accuracy and that sketches are set up before sending it for a quality assurance check.
  • Complete illustration requests within the same day.
  • Professional and timely communication with customers both via email and website chat function.
  • Flag and escalate order issues and review data for discrepancies.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced and quickly changing environment.
  • A strong attention to detail and organized.
  • Effective communicator both verbally and in writing.
  • Collaborates professionally with customers and staff.
  • Customer focused and friendly.

Education and Experience:

  • A college degree or significant progress towards a college degree required preferably in business administration for apparel or design areas.
  • A background in dance and fashion preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Additional Considerations:

  • Wage is dependent on experience.
  • Fulltime position of 40 hours per week 8:305:00 Monday Friday EST
  • Classification: NonExempt
  • Reports to: Customer Service Manager
