Job Summary:
The Faculty Training Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive training curriculum tailored for the banks employees staff. This posiTraition requires delivering highquality training in stateoftheart facilities located in Lahore and Multan. The ideal candidate will enhance employee competencies in digital technology and customer servicessupport to facilitate augment the bank & transformation and modernization initiatives.

Required Competencies/Skills:
Excellent leadership motivational team building and communication skills along with excellent linguistics skills (both in Urdu and English); both written and spoken in English.
Strong ability to facilitate present and motivate staff across various levels of the organization.
Proficient in modern educational technologies and platforms relevant to the bankingindustry.
Ability to work independently as a selfstarter and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive team engagement.
Keen insight into the technological trends affecting the banking sector.
Knowledge of learning styles content design delivery methodologies and program review techniques.
Good knowledge of industry trends and understanding of regulatory requirements.
