Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
• Generate metes and bounds descriptions for boundary survey projects, create parcel plat exhibits, and produce various mapping outputs
• Conduct research and abstracting for deeds and easements
• Gather deed and easement data necessary for creating deed plots and base maps for Right of Way projects
• Verify the adequacy of survey computations against applicable standards
• Collect necessary information for new surveys, utilizing source maps, previous survey data, photographs, computer records, and other pertinent information
• Prepare Right of Way, Parcel Plats, and topographic and contour maps of surveyed land, including site features
