Executive Assistant Manager In FB

1. To assist in the preparation of the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes and S/he has overall responsibility for achieving financial performance guest and colleagues engagement; and for supporting company initiatives and F&B expansion by developing our Talent Pipeline.
2. Ensures that all restaurants bars and banquet operating facilities are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests.
3. Conducts regular operations team meeting with all the F&B Section Heads daily / weekly to discuss routine operational matters.
4. Monitors weekly sales targets actual and projected sales to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded and opportunities are identified and addressed.
5. Monitors and take necessary action results from Trusts You Reports
6. Takes immediate action on guest negative feedbacks & other issues within 24 hours for service recovery and reports to the General Manager.
7. Reviews Minutes of the meeting to be sent to head office
