Overview: This position is a midsenior level fulltime position whose principal aim is to help enhance early childhood education in the state. The Senior Program Manager will report to the Program Lead and be responsible for recruiting supervising and developing 24 statewide program managers.

Key Results

1. Early childhood education provides improved outcomes for children.

2. New state policies are created to ensure and guarantee the improvements.

3. Anganwadi workers and parents increase their skill levels as educators.

4. The new program team comprises high performers devoted to the cause.

Key Activities

1. Assist the government in charting a roadmap for early childhood education in the state.

2. Build strong relationships with the state and district govt stakeholders.

3. Translate data from the field into insights. Create goals based on those insights broken down into small actionable milestones.

4. Hold regular meetings to collaborate with govt partners understand their work and build personal relationships.

5. Be close to the customers: meet regularly with the children their parents Anganwadi workers and district and block level officials and build relationships.

6. Hire train and grow a team of colleagues committed to their learning and ensure communication among team members is frequent and effective.

1. Weekly updates and Quarterly reports

2. All communication requirements and protocols

3. Statewide implementation of RLs programs

4. All support safety goal setting and training needs for your team
