Overview:As a Senior UI/UX Designer you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface of our digital products. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing intuitive and seamless designs that enhance user satisfaction. Join our dynamic team to contribute to the creation of innovative and usercentric solutions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct user research to understand user needs preferences and behaviors.

Analyze data and user feedback to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.

Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.

Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.

Develop visually appealing and consistent user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Create a cohesive visual language including iconography color schemes and typography.

Design user interactions animations and transitions to enhance usability and user engagement.

Ensure a seamless and intuitive flow throughout the user journey.

Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including developers product managers and other stakeholders.

Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to team members.

Conduct usability testing to gather feedback on design concepts and identify areas for improvement.

Use insights from testing to refine and optimize the user experience.

Ensure designs are accessible to users with diverse needs and abilities.

Stay informed about accessibility standards and best practices.

Work with developers to ensure the proper implementation of designs and resolve any designrelated issues during development.

Conduct design reviews to maintain highquality standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in design/ Certification from reputed institutes.

46years of experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

Skills:

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD or similar.

Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Knowledge of design principles usercentered design and usability best practices.

Familiarity with HTML CSS and responsive design principles.

Advantages:

Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision or Proto.io.

Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

Knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies.

Understanding of frontend development technologies.
